All members of Management and staff will are committed to go above and beyond HACCP requirements set by third party auditors. Our mission is to provide the freshest, highest quality produce, while ensuring we adhere to our strict Food Safety program.
A third party auditor ASI, awarded us with a Certificate of Compliance, with an audit score of Excellent, the highest attainable level in HACCP based cGMP (current good manufacturing practices).
From the moment we receive products to the second we deliver the processed foods to our customers, our refrigeration in our facilities and temperature food trucks, along with constant temperature checks, ensure that your products are under 39° F. These control methods maintains the safety of the food while keeping it fresh.
All our employees are given constant, up to date training on the latest guidelines for Good Manufacturing Practices. Employees are trained to maintain extreme cleanliness of their stations and the use of proper sanitation where applicable. Our management team monitors every product through each step of processing, ensuring the quality and freshness of the food.
All temperatures of the refrigerated processing areas, along with our temperature controlled trucks, are monitored and logged every hour to ensure all products are stored below 39° F.
We maintain flexibility to enable adjustments to our processes in order to ensure that all of our customer’s needs are met and exceeded.
